Colourings can be used with ready-made icing to make decorations for a cake or funny faces on fairy cakes. Add a couple of drops to the ready-made icing and knead well until you get a consistent colour.Goodall’s colourings, flavourings and essences have been created to help you with all your cooking and baking needs.
Goodall’s Colourings come in funky colours; green, black, blue, red & yellow and are great for adding colour to cakes, desserts and icing. Remember to add the colour slowly as you can always add more but it is very hard to take it back! Also bear in mind that the colour of your base material will impact on the final colour – for example you will need to add more colouring if you are starting from a white base.
Did You Know…?
Goodall’s colourings can also be used to dye wool, which is then used for knitting, weaving and crochet.
