Carmelised Onion and Goats Cheese Tartlets
A classic sweet and sour combination of caramelised onion and goats cheese
Instructions
- Butter a muffin tin so that the pastry doesn’t stick
- Cut small squares of filo pastry and butter them (3 per tartlet) – place one by one at different angles, on top of each other into a muffin tin.
- Put a dessertspoon of onion chutney in each and then crumble one and a half teaspoons of goats cheese on top. Place a little sprinkle of thyme on the top and put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 8/9 mins.
- Take out gently from the muffin tins as the pastry may crumble a little and serve with a little side salad and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
