This recipe serves 5
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl that is large and flat enough to accommodate the bread.
- Add the milk, cinnamon and vanilla essence. The mixture should be runny.
- Dip the bread in the egg mixture on both sides and press it down into the egg to soak it up.
- Heat the butter in the pan until it is foaming.
- Fry the brioche on both sides until golden and puffy. Serve drizzled with the maple syrup with some fresh fruit or fruit compote.
To serve:
Maple Syrup, Fruit compote or Fresh Berries

- 10 brioche rolls- sliced into little rounds
- 3 eggs lightly whisked
- a good splash of milk
- 2 teaspoons of Goodall’s Ground Cinnamon
- a few drops of Goodall's Vanilla Essence
