Instructions
- Place the cut potatoes in a roasting tray and sprinkle the herbs evenly over them.
- Add the garlic cloves still in their skins into the dish with some olive oil, or alternatively mix Goodall’s Garlic Paste with some Olive Oil and drizzle this over the potatoes.
- Gently toss the potatoes in the oil so that they are well coated.
- Finally sprinkle some freshly milled sea salt over the potatoes.
- Place in a 200 degrees C oven for approximately 40 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through and crispy on the outside.

- 500g of Baby or Salad potatoes cut into large chunks
- 2 teaspoons of Goodall’s mixed Herbs
- 2 cloves of Garlic or teaspoon of Goodall’s Garlic Paste
- Glug of Olive Oil
- Freshly ground Sea Salt
