Goodalls Cinnamon Party Popcorn
Spice up your party food with our Goodall’s and Kelkin popcorn recipe

- Pour the vegetable oil into the biggest pot you have and place over a medium heat (make sure the pot has a lid)
- Add the popcorn kernels and quickly put the lid on
- Let the popcorn pop, shaking the pan every now and then to keep the kernels moving
- When popping slows down (2-3 seconds between pops), remove from heat
- Mix the spices and sugar (or banana chips) together, spray the popcorn with a little spray oil into a large paper carrier bag and then add the mixed spices
- Shake, shake and shake the bag again to mix the popcorn and get it thoroughly coated in the spicy mix
- Arrange in several party bowls

- 2 x 15ml tablespoons vegetable oil
- 200g Kelkin American Popcorn
- Spray oil
- 2 teaspoons of Goodall’s Ground Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Goodall’s Ground Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Goodall’s Ground Paprika
- 2 teaspoons caster sugar
- (optional – can use banana chips instead for a more natural sweetness)
