Marinade with Lemon and Thyme
Two great marinades, which add flavour to chicken, meat or vegetables, perfect for summertime barbecues.
Instructions
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together with a fork.
- Add the prepared meat or vegetables of your choice.
- Leave for at least half an hour before threading onto skewers and cooking on the barbecue.
Marinade with Lemon and Rosemary
- Make the marinade the same as above, but substitute the thyme with same amount of rosemary.
Serving Suggestion
New potatoes cooked in the kitchen (steam or boil) until barely tender. Put into the marinade for about half an hour. Serve as a salad for a barbecue.

- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt
- Goodall’s freshly ground black pepper
- 1-teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon Goodall’s thyme
- 2 teaspoons Goodalls Garlic Paste
